Workouts
Well since the second week of March, Eric and I have been going to the gym 4 times a week to try and get back into strength training. After a little over a month, I am feeling great thanks to my workout bible. I achieved my first goal which was to break 200 for my weight, a gain of about 10 pounds, in muscle of course.
