Workouts
Well since the second week of March, Eric and I have been going to the gym 4 times a week to try and get back into strength training. After a little over a month, I am feeling great thanks to my workout bible. I achieved my first goal which was to break 200 for my weight, a gain of about 10 pounds, in muscle of course. My next goal is almost accomplished. We have been running 2 miles at each workout, and I want to do it without stopping. We don’t do the wimpy treadmills either, we run through Fountain Hills. I can’t wait for summer to keep it up. It’s funny how much exercise can make you feel better.
